Hugh Jackman Officially Enters The Guinness Book of Records

The actor Hugh Jackman can already boast of having fulfilled one of the great dreams of his life, specifically that of having entered the prestigious Guinness Book of Records as the result of one of the most successful chapters of his long interpretive career.

The actor’s achievement was materialized officially on Wednesday on British television, where the Australian actor received recognition from the head of the association that recognizes and delivers these distinctions. Craig Glenday, awarded the certificate that credits Hugh Jackman as the artist who has given life during more years to one of the emblematic superheroes of the Marvel franchise: in this case, Wolverine, which is featured in all of the ‘X-Men’ series.

During the interview he gave this Wednesday on the ‘This Morning’ show of the ITV network, the star of Hollywood was surprised with the formal ceremony which was witnessed by millions of viewers across the United Kingdom. Visibly moved and with a broad smile, the actor has only been able to exclaim with the title already in his hands as: “It’s officially wonderful.”
However, such a distinction has not fallen exclusively to Hugh Jackman and, in fact, he will have to share it with his good friend Patrick Stewart, the person in charge of giving life to the scientist and leader of the ‘X-Patrol’ Charles Xavier in the same film franchise. The two actors entered the Marvel universe in 2000 and, when the film ‘Logan’ (2017) was released, in which they were finally dismissed from their characters, both accumulated exactly 16 years and 228 days in their respective roles.
“I just found out that you and I are part of the Guinness Book of Records.” Congratulations, my friend, you have another prize to hang on the wall, “Stewart stated as he congratulated him during a brief speech on the program via videoconference.
