This show brought them together, and they have been inseparable ever since.
Glee may have released more than a decade ago, however, its stars remember its beginnings as if it had been yesterday.
This week, Lea Michele met with her co-stars Kevin McHale and Jenna Ushkowitz, and together they remembered the most memorable moments in the series, including companions as dear as the late Cory Monteith.
Lea and Cory were dating for years, but their relationship ended tragically in 2013, after the actor died at age 31, due to an accidental overdose.
Last July marked the sixth anniversary of Monteith’s death, and as usual, Michele paid tribute.
“The light always remains,” the actress wrote on Twitter, next to a photo of the sun behind clouds.

On that occasion, McHale also remembered his co-star as “The sweetest boy. Always.” While Ushkowitz pointed out, “I miss you, friend.”
“There was no better man than Cory,” Lea said in an interview with TV Week Australia shortly after Monteith’s departure. “So, for the time we spent together, I consider myself very lucky.”
