During the early hours of Monday, reports from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) showed that at least three earthquakes of magnitude 4.5 or greater shook the island.
The seismic foci were located near Tallaboa and Magas Arriba at 1:26 a.m., 5:36 a.m. and 5:56 a.m. local time.
