Baked cod with pumpkin spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 40gr of fresh cod
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Florette pumpkin spaghetti
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 gr of peas
  • Guacamole

Preparation mode

  1. Put the cod in a bowl with the olive oil and bake at 170º for 20 minutes.
  2. Sauté the garlic with the Florette pumpkin spaghetti and the peas.
  3. Add fresh guacamole to the mixture and place the cod on top. Enjoy your meal!
