Kylie Jenner Dethrones Mark Zuckerberg: She Is The Richest Girl In The World

Kylie Jenner is making news again and no it’s not a personal scandal. Instead she has just taken first place on the list of the most youngest billionaires (not heirs) of the magazine.

The fortune of the younger of the Kardashian clan is valued at billion of dollars, this amount she managed to amass at age 21, which already surpassed the founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, who became a billionaire at 23.

This great fortune has been achieved thanks to her makeup company, Kylie Cosmetics, which specializes mainly in glosses and blushes. The definitive step to consolidate her empire was achieved thanks to her direct sales over the Internet through the stores like Ulta (which owns more than 1,000 branches).

In addition, Kylie herself is the best image for her brand of cosmetics; it is she who promotes them on social networks, where she has an army of followers on Twitter (with 26.7 million followers) and on Instagram, where the number of followers reaches 128 million followers.

According to the magazine specializing in business issues, because their products came to Ulta (before nothing else was sold in some stores and online), their revenues increase 9 percent in 2018, “with an estimated 360 million dollars.”  Thanks to this growth, her company (created in 2015) was valued at 900 dollars at the time. And what has helped her is that she has no partners. Kylie is the absolute owner of the company and the profits.

According to Forbes, Kylie has seven full-time and five part-time employees. Another company, Seed Beauty, is in charge of manufacturing and packing the cosmetics, while the shipments run by Shopify. Meanwhile, Kris Jenner, her mother, is in charge of public relations and finances.
