Kris Jenner Says She’s ‘Blessed’ After Khloe Kardashian Gives Birth to Ninth Grandchild

Kris Jenner has spoken!

The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch took to Instagram on Thursday to share her excitement over her newest granchild entering the world. Khloe Kardashian gave birth to a baby girl at around 4 a.m. ET in a hospital outside Cleveland, Ohio.

“BLESSED!!!” Jenner captioned a video of Kendall Jenner saying “baby” three times. The clip was originally posted by W Magazine, which congratulated the family’s third new addition in less than a year.

As for Khloe’s bundle of joy, a source close to the family said “baby and mom are healthy,” and that her daughter is “beautiful,” but doesn’t have a name yet.

Khloe’s little girl joins cousins Mason Disick, 8, Penelope Disick, 5, Reign Disick, 3, Dream Kardashian, 1, North West, 4, Saint West, 2, Chicago West, 3 months, and Stormi Webster, 2 months.

“It wasn’t exactly how we expected it to happen,” another source said of Khloe’s birth, adding that the family is united at this time and thrilled for her and her baby. “But for now, all anyone cares about and is talking about is the baby. Everyone is thrilled! Despite everything else going on, this is an incredibly happy day. The drama isn’t going to overshadow that.”

The newest Kardashian arrived just as the family was in crisis management mode, after reports surfaced on Tuesday alleging that Tristan Thompson had cheated on Khloe. As for the status of the new parents’ relationship, a separate source said on Thursday morning that Khloe’s still conflicted about whether she’s ready to call it quits.

“Khloe feels loved and safe when she is with Tristan and she isn’t willing to give that up,” the source said. “That’s not to say she won’t change her mind after the baby is born, but right now she needs to get through this birth with the father of her baby.”

“She loves him, and it looks like for the time being she isn’t ending their relationship,” the source continued. “She is in no shape to make that decision right now.”
